Forty-nine lines across three brands, each imported directly by Sosun Fihaara: Remia from the Netherlands, Real Thai from Thailand, and Shan from Pakistan. Between them they cover most of what a kitchen or a retail shelf needs from this category. Remia is the largest block at 26 lines and splits into dressings and sauces. The Salata dressing range covers Caesar, Italian, garlic, honey mustard, fine herbs and yoghurt, alongside Thousand Island, French, blue cheese and salad cream. On the sauce side there is tomato ketchup, fritessauce, garlic sauce in several formats, a barbecue group running to smokey BBQ, smokey honey BBQ, Smoking Jones smokey garlic and BBQ American garlic, plus Dijon mustard, mustard cream and chilly sauce. Real Thai brings 18 lines of South East Asian sauces. The sriracha group runs to chilli, extra hot chilli, hot chilli garlic and hot chilli lemongrass. Beyond it: sweet chilli, sweet plum, fish sauce, spring roll sauce, rice paper sauce, chilli sauce for seafood, sesame hot sauce, a sweet and sour cooking sauce, wok sauces in lemongrass, black pepper and sweet and sour tamarind, and Thai spicy and lemongrass salad dressings. Shan adds five curry and biryani sauces — tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, biryani, Bombay biryani and pilau biryani. Bottle and jar sizes run from 150ml through 180ml, 200ml, 235ml, 245ml, 248ml, 250ml, 270ml, 350ml, 370ml, 430ml, 446ml, 450ml, 500ml, 700ml, 740ml and 850ml, with jarred lines at 230g, 310g, 350g, 450g and 800g. Cases are configured at 6 or 12 units depending on the format. Stock is held in temperature-controlled and dry warehousing in Malé and moves out on scheduled sea freight and speedboat runs from Malé harbour direct to resort supply docks across North and South Malé, Ari and Baa Atolls. Maldives FDA import permits, customs clearance and label compliance are handled in-house.

Are the sauces and dressings halal?

Do you supply catering-size sauce bottles for resort kitchens?

Yes. Larger formats run to 700ml, 740ml and 850ml bottles and 800g jars, cased at 6 or 12 units. Smaller retail formats start at 150ml. Each product page lists the sizes and barcodes carried for that line.

Which sriracha variants are available?

Four from Real Thai: sriracha chilli sauce, sriracha extra hot chilli, sriracha hot chilli garlic and sriracha hot chilli lemongrass. Each is listed separately with its own pack sizes.

Yes. Scheduled sea freight and speedboat logistics run from Malé harbour direct to resort supply docks, serving over 150 resort docks and island supermarket groups across North and South Malé, Ari and Baa Atolls.
