Thirteen lines across three brands: Pillsbury with six mixes, the Reihan range from Salim with four baking staples, and Young's with three cooking chocolates. The Pillsbury mixes cover a pastry section's everyday work — golden vanilla, strawberry, cocoa and dark chocolate cake mixes, a chocolate fudge brownie mix and a pancake mix. Reihan supplies the supporting ingredients: baking powder, corn flour, vanilla powder and custard powder. Cooking chocolate comes from Young's — Choco Xpress dark in slabs, Choco Bliss milky in bars, and Choco Bliss Crave dark. Pack sizes run 20g, 100g, 200g, 350g, 430g, 485g, 500g and a 2kg slab, with cases at 12, 18 and 36 units depending on the line. Each product page lists what is carried. Several Sosun test kitchen recipes are built on this range, including the Pillsbury brookies and the marble cake, which uses the Pillsbury Moist Supreme cake mix. Everything here is imported directly, cleared through Malé and held in the company's own temperature-controlled and dry warehousing before dispatch. Deliveries run on scheduled sea freight and speedboat services to resort docks and island retailers across the major atolls, with customs, import permits and label compliance handled in-house.
