Baby Care holds two brands doing two different jobs, and the split is worth knowing before ordering: Promina is food, Bumble is not. Ten lines in total, five of each. Promina is Indonesian baby food for six months and older — milky brown rice and banana milk cereals, smooth mung bean, and two savoury meals in beef stew with carrot and cheesy chicken with broccoli. Every line is a 120g single-serve pack, in the feeding stage its label states. Bumble covers wet wipes for babies and for general household use: water wipes in 60-piece packs, and 72-piece packs in baby, honeysuckle, La Bella and Mediterranean Breeze, all in resealable packs. Both halves have a category of their own — Baby Foods for the Promina range and Wipes for the Bumble range — which is the better place to start if you are stocking only one of them. Stock is cleared through Malé and held in the company's own dry warehousing before dispatch. Deliveries run on scheduled sea freight and speedboat services from Malé harbour to resort supply docks and island retailers across North and South Malé, Ari and Baa Atolls, with customs clearance and import documentation handled in-house.
