All ten lines in this category are Deli Sun, imported and distributed by Sosun Fihaara. Between them they cover the wrap and flatbread formats a kitchen actually uses. The 24cm wraps are the core: plain flour, whole wheat, spinach wheat, tomato wheat, corn wheat and chia flax, each in packs of six. Below them sit the 19cm soft flour tortillas in packs of eight and a 14cm mini plain flour wrap in packs of ten — the smaller formats for canapés, kids' menus and breakfast service. Two lines go beyond wraps: a thin crispy pizza base at 24cm in packs of four, and an Italian-style piadina bread, also in packs of four. Pack weights run 250g, 315g, 316g, 320g and 360g depending on the line, cased at 18×320g, 20×250g, 20×320g and 20×360g. Each product page carries the exact pack size and barcode. Two Sosun test kitchen recipes are written on this range: the easy tandoori chicken wrap, which uses the Deli Sun corn tortilla, and the tortilla pizza, built on the Deli Sun soft flour tortilla. Sosun Fihaara clears and warehouses this range in Malé — temperature-controlled and dry storage — and runs it out to over 150 resort supply docks and island supermarket groups on scheduled sea freight and speedboat services.
