Delicious Pasta Salad Recipe !


Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (your choice)

  • 1 cup Remia mayonnaise

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup sweet corn

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)




Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and sweet corn.

  3. Add the Remia mayonnaise to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are well coated.

  4. Stir in the chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add olive oil for extra flavor.

  5. Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve cold and enjoy your delicious Remia mayonnaise pasta salad!
